Kathleen DiMauro has more than 30 years of clinical experience as a nurse, educator, and clinical administrator across the northeastern United States. She has led teams of hundreds of clinicians with multi-million-dollar budgetary responsibilities.

Kathleen has dedicated her career to establishing and meeting high quality standards of care while educating the next generation of nurses. Kathleen has served in progressive leadership roles throughout her career. Examples include Long Island College Hospital and Richmond University Medical Center, where she served as Vice-President of Women’s and Children’s Services. Kathleen has led her institutions to achieving national recognition for family and maternity care, including winning the HealthGrades® award seven years in a row while serving at Richmond University Medical Center.

Kathleen earned a BSN at Long Island University and an MS in Nursing from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey.
