Collins serves as the Senior Director of Business Development for the Alexandria Economic Development Partnership, overseeing all efforts to attract, grow, and retain business in the city of Alexandria, Virginia.
Prior to joining AEDP, Collins spent 10 years in the financial services industry working in private wealth, investments, and client advisory at UBS and Merrill Lynch. Collins has also worked in business development for the Education Advisory Board (EAB) and Proctor and Gamble. His work in higher education has focused on developing university relationships for the analysis of academic portfolio financial operations. Collins holds a BBA in Finance from Georgia State University and an MBA from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
